TOURISM & HERITAGE

To promote awareness and appreciation of India’s rich cultural heritage, Freedom House organized an Inter-House Quiz Competition on the theme “Tourism & Heritage” on August 4, 2026.

Students from Classes X, XI and XII participated with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit. The quiz provided an engaging platform for students to explore India’s diverse cultural traditions, historical landmarks, architectural marvels, and rich heritage.

The event successfully stimulated young minds, fostered teamwork and healthy competition, and deepened students’ appreciation of India’s glorious heritage and the importance of its preservation. The enthusiastic participation of the students made the competition an enriching and memorable learning experience.

Every day students used to speak thought of the day, news, shlokas and report on special days.

This is the first duty tenure of our house- FREEDOM HOUSE.

During our tenure everyday morning assembly was conducted. Students used to speak Thought of the day, News and on special events like Guru Purnima, Global Tiger Day, Shlokas.

These morning assemblies were enriching as well as thought provoking.

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

- Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness around the school premises.

- Discipline: Ensuring proper behavior of students in canteen and corridors.

- Meetings: Conducting regular meetings for planning, interaction, and reporting.

- Reporting: Monitoring student behavior, including tracking attendance, uniforms, and reporting concerns to authorities.

The Investiture Ceremony for the Senior Wing was conducted on 18th May 2026 where the newly elected student leaders were officially entrusted with their responsibilities. 

The house system plays an important role in developing a healthy spirit of teamwork and participation among students. Each house has its own team of student leaders who act as role models for their fellow students. They are expected to demonstrate punctuality, discipline, cooperation, confidence and a positive attitude.
